Legal Aid Eligibility Guidelines
NWLS represents eligible individuals who are within 125% of the federal poverty guidelines. In some circumstances, we are able to deduct allowable expenses to represent individuals within 175% of the federal poverty guideline. We also have asset guidelines that you must meet.
In Protection From Abuse cases, we represent without regard to income.
